For the last four years, individuals like you who have been personally touched by colorectal cancer have been coming to Washington to lobby for change during Call-on Congress.  Thanks to their efforts, Congress has started using Department of Defense funding to research colorectal cancer, funding for colorectal cancer at the National Institutes of Health has seen steady increases as has funding for colorectal cancer control programs at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In 2011, we will continue to push for additional research funding increases and continue the push to get a national colorectal cancer screening and treatment program enacted but we also will be pushing several new and exciting legislative priorities.

We are happy to offer you a special early-bird registration rate of just $50 for the 2011 Call-on Congress.  But you must register before November 30, 2010.  Starting December 1, the registration fee goes up to $100.

Our annual Call-on Congress is a great opportunity to come together with other supporters from across the country to tell Congress that they need to make colorectal cancer a top legislative priority.  By participating in the event, you can help us tell Congress what they can do to fight this disease.
